Terms of agreement

1. What Only Livein is

Only Livein is a job-alerts service for live-in caregivers. We collect publicly posted caregiver listings and present them ranked by pay. We are not an employer, a home-care agency, or a placement service. We do not hire caregivers, and we do not guarantee that any listing leads to an interview or a job.

2. Listings and accuracy

Listings come from public job sources. Pay figures are shown exactly as stated in the original listing. We work to keep listings current, but a position may be filled, changed, or removed by the employer at any time without notice to us. Always confirm pay, schedule, and duties with the employer before accepting a case. Use the "Report listing" button to flag anything that looks filled or unreal.

3. Accounts

Accounts sign in by email link or Google — there are no passwords. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person.

4. Membership and credits

Membership is $19.99 per year and includes 2 premium credits. One credit unlocks one premium position. Credits never expire while your account is active. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.

5. No refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds on memberships or credit purchases. One protection is built into the product: if a premium position you unlocked turns out to be already filled or unreachable, the spent credit is automatically restored to your balance. A restored credit is not a cash refund.

6. Premium positions and the unlock wall

Premium positions ($400/day and up) are shown as headlines — pay and city only. Full details are released when you spend a credit. Premium positions are offered for unlock only after we confirm the case is real. You agree not to attempt to bypass the unlock wall, scrape locked content, or access premium details by any means other than an unlock.

7. Referrals

You earn 1 credit when a new caregiver creates an account through your personal invite link. Self-invites, duplicate accounts, and fraudulent signups do not earn credits and may void earned credits.

8. Alerts

If you opt in, we email you when a confirmed premium case lands and may send service messages about your account. You can opt out of alert emails at any time; account and purchase messages may still be sent.

9. Deleting your account

You may delete your account and data at any time from My account (or by emailing us from your account address). Deletion removes your profile, saved jobs, and unlock history, and forfeits any remaining credit balance and the rest of your membership term without refund. Payment records are retained only as required by law.

10. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no bulk scraping, no reselling unlocked details, no impersonation, no posting false reports in bad faith. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

11. Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, Only Livein is not liable for hiring decisions, listing inaccuracies by employers, or losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

12. Changes and contact
